Ciabatta (Unsliced)

Named after it’s “slipper” shape, this light and airy bread is decidedly moist, has an open texture and has huge amounts of flavour due to its long fermentation time. This bread is perfect for sandwiches, on a platter with dips, or to be enjoyed on your weekend family picnic.

Ingredients:  Flour, yeast, salt, rye flour, water.
